Refund policy

By using the SMIK Exchanges Portal or initiating a request for the purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from transacting on smikclo.com.

Note: We may periodically update this policy. Please review it each time you use the portal to ensure you are aware of the terms in effect at that time.

Return Policy

We accept returns for products within 7 days of delivery. Please note:

   Shipping charges will be deducted for return orders.

    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after successful quality checks.

Process for Returns:

1.   Initiate a return request on the Track Your Order page.

2.   Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up your order within 24–48 hours.

o   Reverse pickup is subjected to service availability in your area.

o   Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must return the product to our warehouse at your expense.

3.   Upon receipt of the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method  in case of online payment and in case of COD orders refund would be provided as store credit, within 7–10 working days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Key Points:

•   To initiate an exchange request, email ordersupport@smikclo.com with the reason for the exchange. Be sure to include clear photos of the product to support your request.

•   Once approved, a notification will be sent to your registered email.

•  Shipping charges will be deducted for return orders.

•   Our logistics partner will attempt a pickup within 24–48 hours.

o   Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

o   Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must return the product to our warehouse at your expense.

•   Upon receipt of the product, it will undergo a quality check. Approved exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days.

•   If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for another product of same value or issue store credit for future purchases.

Store Credit

•   Store credit will be issued for approved exchanges after quality checks.

•   Store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on smikclo.com.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, ensure the following:

•   Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

•   All brand tags, packaging materials, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.

•   No stains, odors, scratches, or signs of tampering.

•   Items purchased as a set must be returned or exchanged as a complete set.

•   Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation Policy

•   All prepaid orders are final.

•   Cancellations are not permitted.

•   Exchanges are issued as store credit.

•   Shipping charges are non-refundable.
