Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after reception, pending product availability and payment verification.
  • Orders placed cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm all order details before completing the checkout process.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or major holidays.

Shipping Methods:

  • Domestic (India):
    • Free standard shipping for prepaid orders.
    • Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days for ready-to-wear products.
    • Custom and made-to-order pieces take 12-14 working days for delivery.

Taxes and Duties:

  • Domestic prices are inclusive of taxes.

Shipping Notifications:

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
  • Orders may be processed in multiple shipments. You will be notified with tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Delays:

  • Orders may experience delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
  • In case of delays due to restocking or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Important Notes:

  • All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled at any time for security reasons.
  • In the event an item becomes unavailable after ordering, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order. Refunds to the original payment method may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
